Hiermit stimme ich allen in der Endnutzer-Vereinbarung zu dieser Seite enthaltenen Bedingungen zu. Insbesondere erkläre ich im Namen aller am Werk beteiligten Autor:innen

- Dass ich die erforderlichen Nutzungsrechte an allen Teilen des Werkes habe und dieser Veröffentlichung keine Rechte Dritter entgegenstehen. Sofern Grund zur Annahme besteht, dass Dritte Ansprüche in Bezug auf das Werk geltend machen oder geltend machen werden, werde ich die IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH („IU“) unverzüglich hierüber in Kenntnis setzen und alle notwendigen Informationen für eine etwaige Verteidigung zur Verfügung stellen. Ich stelle die IU von etwaigen Ansprüchen Dritter vollumfänglich frei und werde die IU im Fall einer Inanspruchnahme schadlos halten.

- Dass ich, sofern mit dieser Veröffentlichung personenbezogene Daten veröffentlicht werden, alle erforderlichen Einwilligungen von den betroffenen Personen eingeholt habe. Sollte eine solche Einwilligung nicht vorliegen, bestätige ich, alle personenbezogenen Daten vor Veröffentlichung entfernt und/oder unkenntlich gemacht zu haben, sodass kein Rückschluss auf diese Personen mehr möglich ist.

- Dass ich der IU für die Dauer der gesetzlichen Schutzfrist und räumlich unbeschränkt das einfache Recht einräume, die oben genannte Publikation einschließlich der Abstracts 
-- in elektronischer Form zu speichern, durch die Publikationsplattform der IU mittels digitaler oder anderweitiger Übertragungstechnik öffentlich zugänglich zu machen, maschinell zu analysieren und die hierfür erforderlichen Vervielfältigungen zu erstellen 
-- den Nutzern der Plattform zur Verfügung zu stellen und diesen zu gestatten, es abzuspeichern, auszudrucken, zu kopieren und maschinell zu analysieren
-- in andere elektronische Formate zu überführen, soweit dies für die nach dieser Vereinbarung zulässigen Nutzungen technisch erforderlich ist.

- Dass ich die IU berechtige, dieses Recht ganz oder teilweise an die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek und andere fachliche und institutionelle Repositorien zu übertragen und die Publikationen einschließlich der Abstracts an diese weiterzugeben. Hierzu gehört auch das Recht, die Publikation bei Crossref (https://www.crossref.org/) unter den hier geltenden Nutzungsbedingungen zu registrieren.


I hereby agree to all the terms and conditions declared in the terms of use of this site. In particular, I declare on behalf of all authors involved in the contribution
•	that I have the necessary rights of use to all parts of the publication and that this publication does not and will not infringe the proprietary rights. If there is reason to believe that third parties are asserting or will assert claims in relation to the above-mentioned Contribution, I will inform IU Internationale Hochschule GmbH („IU“) immediately and provide all necessary information for a possible defense. I will indemnify IU International University of Applied Sciences in full against any third-party claims and shall hold the University harmless in the event of a claim.
•	that if this publication includes personal data, I have obtained all the necessary consents from the individuals concerned. In the absence of such consent, I confirm that I have removed and/or made unrecognizable all personal data before publication, so that it is no longer possible to draw conclusions about individual persons.
•	that I grant IU International University of Applied Sciences the non-exclusive right to use the above-mentioned Contributions, including the abstracts, for the duration of the statutory term of protection and for an unlimited period of time
o	to store the Contributions in electronic form, to make them publicly accessible via the IU's publication platform using digital or other transmission technology, to analyze them automatically and to make the copies required for this purpose
o	to make them available to users of the Site and allow them to save, print, copy and machine analyse the Contributions
o	to convert them into other electronic formats should it be technically necessary for the uses permitted under this agreement.
•	that I authorize the IU to transfer this right in whole or in part to the German National Library and other subject-specific and institutional repositories and to pass on the Contributions, including the abstracts, to them. This also includes the right to register the Contributions with Crossref (https://www.crossref.org/) under the terms of use applicable here.
